Why can't I log into the online library resources?


If you're getting an error message when trying to access the library databases, consider the following options:

  1. Check your log-in information.  Your password is the same as your Canvas password, but your username is your Student ID- the first part of your ECPI email address.
  2. Clear your cache and cookies.  Your browser may be "stuck."
  3. Try a different browser like Chrome, Edge, or Safari. Some of our library resources don't work in Internet Explorer.
  4. Some workplaces may have advanced security settings (firewalls) that may prevent you from accessing the library resources at work.  Try to access the resources away from work or from an alternate device that's not connected to your workplace network.

What if my login still isn't working?  You can reset your password using the Office 365 Account Management Dashboard.  It may take a few minutes for the new password to sync with the off-campus log-in.  For immediate technical support and assistance with your account, you can contact IT Services via IT Live Chat.
