Will I need to create an account with Cisco before taking a Cisco certification exam?

You cannot be scheduled for a Cisco certification exam until your Cisco customer account has been created.
If you don’t already have one, you must create your own Cisco customer account. ECPI University staff cannot create an account for you. New testers MUST create their own customer accounts with Cisco.
Please be sure to use an active, valid email address when creating your account. Important information about your exam results and certification status will be sent to the address you use to create your testing account.
