Where can I find images, audio, or videos for an assignment?
Answer
If you want to add reliable, reusable media (images, audio, video) to an assignment, presentation, or paper, you have a couple of options:
- Search Openverse, a project by Creative Commons that aims to make it easier to discover and use openly licensed content from around the web. It is essentially a search engine designed for finding media (such as images and audio) that is licensed under Creative Commons licenses or similar open licenses. Learn about CC Licenses.
- Some of the journal and reference databases in the Library A-Z Databases list allow you to narrow your search results to images and/or videos. Additionally, you can generate an APA citation for any content used in a research paper or presentation.
