Why can’t I see my GetCertified exam prep course in Canvas?

ECPI University Canvas and Infotec Canvas are distinct products, each with its own purpose and link.
- ECPI University Canvas is available at https://ecpi.instructure.com/. This is where your ECPI University courses reside.
- GetCertified exam prep courses are hosted in a version of Canvas managed by Infotec, and the URL is different. You must go to: https://infotec.instructure.com/. When you first visit the site, you must act as though you are a first-time user of Canvas.
Students who need assistance with GetCertified on the Infotec Canvas platform can email GetCertifiedHelp@ecpi.edu for tech support.
